By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Account Registration and Use

• 3.1 Account Creation – To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
• 3.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify iBid Auto immediately of unauthorized access.
• 3.3 Account Termination – iBid Auto may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.

4. Sales and Purchases

• 4.1 Pricing & Payments – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Payments must be made through approved methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Sales tax, shipping fees, and other charges will be applied at checkout.
• 4.2 Orders & Cancellations – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If canceled after payment, refunds will be processed per our Refund Policy.
• 4.3 Used OEM Auto Parts – Parts are sold “as is” unless otherwise specified. Warranty (if applicable) will be detailed on the product page. Buyers are responsible for verifying part compatibility using their VIN.
• 4.4 Vehicle Reports – Reports are generated from third-party and public data. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Once issued, reports are non-refundable.
• 4.5 Used Car Sales – All car sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing. Vehicles are sold “as is” with no implied warranties unless explicitly provided. Buyers must conduct their own inspections and financing arrangements.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
• iBid Auto is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages after shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

• 6.1 Return Eligibility – Only certain products (excluding vehicle reports and used cars) are eligible for return. Return requests must be made within [insert days] of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
• 6.2 Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Original shipping and restocking fees may apply.
